Booking & Sessions
Age Requirements: Clients under 18 must have parent/guardian consent and presence during sessions.
Session Confirmation: When you book a session, you're confirming:
Payment method authorization
Accurate contact and location information
Understanding that weather or unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling
I reserve the right to decline any booking that doesn't align with my artistic vision or professional standards.
2. Payment
Session Fees: All pricing is clearly outlined during consultation. Rates may change, but will be locked in upon booking confirmation and before the shoot.
Payment: A 50% deposit is required to secure your session date, with the remaining balance due before the session.
Custom Work: Destination sessions, multi-day events, and specialized projects require custom quotes and may involve additional travel fees.
3. Delivery & Timeline
Image Delivery: Your curated gallery will be delivered within 2-3 weeks of your session date.
Rush Orders: Available for an additional fee with 48-hour notice, when possible.
Delays: While rare, delivery may be delayed due to high demand, technical issues, or personal circumstances. All delays will be communicated immediately.
4. Image Rights & Usage
Your Usage Rights: You receive full personal usage rights to print, share, and display your images for non-commercial purposes.
My Copyright: I retain full copyright and artistic ownership of all images. This allows me to:
Use images for portfolio and marketing purposes
Enter images in competitions or exhibitions
Share on social media and website (unless privacy is requested)
Respect the Work: Please don't alter, edit, or apply filters to delivered images without permission. Professional editing is included in your session fee.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Client Cancellation:
48+ hours notice: Full refund minus processing fees
24-48 hours notice: 50% refund
Under 24 hours: No refund (deposit may be applied to future session)
Weather/Emergency Rescheduling: Complimentary rescheduling for unsafe weather conditions or emergencies.
No-Show Policy: Failure to appear without notice results in forfeiture of all fees paid.
6. What I’m Not Responsible For
Technical issues with your devices when viewing galleries
Lost or damaged personal items during sessions
Wardrobe malfunctions or styling choices
Results if session guidance isn't followed
Acts of nature, venue restrictions, or third-party limitations
7. Privacy & Confidentiality
I respect your privacy and only collect information necessary for session planning and delivery.
Therapeutic Background: My training as a therapist means I understand confidentiality. Private sessions can remain completely confidential upon request.

8. Updates
These terms may be updated periodically. The date at the top reflects the most recent version. Significant changes will be communicated to all active clients.
